Fudge-Raising
Having children at small schools and being part of the P&C Committees, it is always hard to find a fundraiser that is suitable, as most have minimum orders or ask too much of the volunteers so we started Fudge-Raising.
Fudge-Raising is a delightfully easy way to fundraise, no order is too big OR too small! We want all community organisations whether it be a small school P&C or a sporting group to be able to access an easy fundraising option with great results.
FUDGE
Blossom Fudge started when Shari made a batch of fudge to sell in store, for someone who has a pretty shonky past when it comes to cooking success (que story about hair getting caught in a blender while making gingerbread) we were shocked by how good the fudge was and our customers agreed! Blossom Fudge continues to grow and we love seeing our customers enjoy our fudge as much as we enjoy creating it.

Our fudge is described as being smooth, creamy and ridiculously good! Nothing brings us more joy than seeing our customers' eyes widen when they try our fudge for the first time, “best fudge ever” usually follows!
No, fudge is best kept at room temperature. If it gets too hot, it will soften but will firm back up at around 23 degrees. While it is OK to keep the fudge in the fridge, it will dry out quicker.
Is the fudge gluten free?
While there is no gluten added, it is manufactured in the same kitchen that processes products containing wheat, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts & milk so there may be traces.
Is your fudge grainy?
This is a question we get all the time! What makes our fudge stand out among the rest, is the smooth creamy texture, certainly not grainy!
