At Blossom Fudge, we take great pride in handcrafting delicious fudge and getting it safely to your door. This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines how we handle orders, deliveries, and any issues that may arise.

All orders are handmade to order or packed fresh from our display stock.



  • Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

During busy periods (like Christmas or Easter), processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your fudge to you promptly.

We deliver fudge anywhere in Australia.


  • Flat rate delivery Australia Wide: 
  • $12


  • Orders are sent via Australia Post or other trusted couriers

  • You’ll receive tracking info once your order has shipped

Orders are packaged carefully to ensure your fudge arrives fresh and safe—even during warmer months.

03. Local Pickup

If you're nearby, you're welcome to pick up your order in person from:

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming in.

Due to the nature of our handmade food products, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

We will, however, happily replace or refund items if:



  • Your order arrives damaged

  • There is a mistake in your order (e.g. wrong product)

  • The product does not meet our usual standards

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be accepted before your order has been dispatched.

06. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
